Undergraduate Research AssistantThis is my second semester working in the STEPP Lab, and my involvement with the research we conduct has expanded my knowledge as well as interest in the field of Social Psychology. My responsibilities in the lab consist of monitoring participant involvement, organizing lab materials, and data collection. Eager to take on more responsibilities this semester, I've recently began allocating time slots for scheduling purposes, brainstorming participation recruitment strategies, and assisting in the redesign of participant pre-screenings.
I'm looking forward to analyzing the compilation of data currently being collected and observing the relationship between females' performance and persistence in the STEM field with regard to having a positive, female role model. Additionally, I am hoping to become more involved when it comes time to report and interpret findings in a literary sense. Education: BA (Proj.
